Congressional Country Club is seeking Seasonal Pavilion Cooks to join our large, resort-style culinary team. With multiple dining outlets, a dedicated pastry kitchen, and a high-volume banquet operation, opportunities for learning and development are continuous. What will be expected of you:

• Assist with food delivery, storage, and proper issuing of food items
• Prepare and verify mise en place before service
• Inspect food presentation to ensure quality and consistency standards are met
• Execute recipes and menus with minimal direction
• Maintain high standards of quality, cost control, visual appeal, and flavor

How we determine your qualifications:

• A great opportunity for culinary students or early-career cooks
• Experience or working knowledge of sauté, broiler stations, modern cooking techniques, and plate presentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
