Seasonal Permit Specialist

Eanes Home Services, a dynamic, rapidly-growing HVAC and Residential Servicing company, is growing again! We are seeking a highly skilled Permitting Specialist to join our team at our High Point, NC office.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

This is a seasonal position that lasts through January 31st, 2027.

Dedicated and precision minded Permitting Specialist who is supportive of business and customer installation on HVAC and Residential services provided.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Documenting and verifying correct and true license status'
• keeping a log of all license information for all license holders and the company
• keeping a full contact list of all township inspectors' contact information
• make payment on the permit and send the permit number to the subcontractor as needed
• document each time the cc is used to make payment and craft each P O to show this charge against the job
• verify that all duct tests have been completed by ESG and this is noted in all appropriate programs
• verify all rough inspections (if needed) air tests, etc. and schedule when the job is ready for this step in the process.
• pull all rough inspection results and send to the proper install coordinator to schedule the finalization of the job or a return to complete items for a rough reinspection.
• schedule all final inspections for mechanical, electrical and plumbing based upon the customer availability and each township's scheduling process within the 10 day state required window or a certified letter is to be mailed out to show that we have made all attempts to schedule the final inspections.
• update all notes on the final inspections in proper reporting and record keeping programs
• Any additional duties assigned to this position and function.
