As a PM Server of Lola Rose Grand Mezze, you have a passion for creating unique experiences, that can quickly perpetuate a culture of great design and superlative service, with a sharp sense of humor. This candidate will set the tone for nightly service through polished hospitality, floor presence, teamwork, and execution. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. Our Lola Rose Grand Mezze servers engage in conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation, side work and maintaining a sanitary environment.

This is a nonexempt (hourly) role. The budgeted rate for this role is $16.90 plus additional gratuity. This is the annual hourly rate for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly rates will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.

Qualifications

• Strong dinner service experience in upscale dining
• Wine, cocktail, and food knowledge preferred
• Organized, calm under pressure, detail oriented
• Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
• Must display full menu, food, beverage (Liquor, wine, beer & NA Bev), allergen and product knowledge
• Riverside County's Food Handler's Card and Responsible Beverage Service Certificate
• Must be over the age of 21
