Thepoolrover position worksindependently, and withoutdirect supervision. Theposition willberesponsiblefor up-keep ofpools onassignedroute.Allpoolsarelocatedwithinhome-ownercommunities,makingthemtheprideandjoyoftheresidents.It’sour job to deliver excellent service, and it starts with you!
YourResponsibilities:
Thejobdutieslistedaretypicalexamplesoftheworkperformedbypositionsinthisjobclassification.Notalldutiesassignedto every position are included, nor is it expected that all positions will be assigned every duty.
· Handlinganddosingofallchemicalsneededforproperfunctioningofpools.
· Dailycleaningofswimmingpools;vacuum,skim,brush,etc.
· Responsibleforkeepinginventoryofchemicalsandsupplies.
· Cleaning/organizingpumproomsandpooldecks.
· Upkeepofrestrooms;cleaning,restockingsupplies,etc.
· Reportinganyproblemsthatyouareunableto fix.
· Accuratelyloggingdetailednotesofdailyproceduresdoneatapool.
· Mustwearpoolsafetyequipmentatalltimes.
· Friendly,personableandsocialwithresidents.
· Effectiveandefficientwithtime,workquality,andfinalproduct.
· Consistentlyproducehighqualitywork.
· Abilitytoworkasateammember.
· Mustbeavailabletoworkweekendsandholidays.
AdditionalResponsibilities:
- PracticeandadheretoFirstServiceResidentialGlobalServiceStandards.
- Conductbusinessatalltimeswiththehigheststandardsofpersonal,professionaland ethicalconduct.
- Performorassistwithanyoperationsasrequiredtomaintainworkflowandtomeetschedules.Notifysupervisionof unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.
- May participate in anyvariety ofmeetings and work groupsto integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolveproblems,andmaintainspecifiedlevelofknowledgepertainingtonewdevelopments,requirements,policies,and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensureallsafetyprecautionsarefollowedwhileperformingthework.
- FollowallpoliciesandStandardOperatingProceduresasinstructedbyManagement.
- Performanyrangeofspecialprojects,tasksandotherrelateddutiesasassigned.
