The Role
We are seeking a Seasonal Premier Experience Concierge who will play a crucial part in creating our 2026 US OPEN team!
Courtside Concierges are responsible for establishing a good rapport with VIP clients/guests within the Hospitality and Premium Services Department. The Courtside Concierge team must be resourceful, quick and ready to handle any and all ad hoc requests associated with live entertainment events. As a representative of the hospitality department an ideal candidate is highly organized, detailed orientated, and calm under high stress/pressure situations while providing best in class service to all Courtside Premier clients. Concierges should be prepared to meet and greet clients upon their arrival to the grounds. From there, concierges can be involved in the escorting of clients to/from hospitality areas, seats in Ashe and other locations on National Tennis Center grounds, at the client’s discretion. Concierges should be prepared to answer questions from clients/guests and assist with any needs clients/guests have while on site.

What We Offer
Compensation: This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $20 and is eligible for overtime.
Daily Meal Allowance: A $35 daily meal allowance will be loaded onto your credentials each workday during the US Open, allowing you to enjoy meals on-site during your shift.
