Job Description Summary:

In this role, you will support production operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks in a dynamic industrial environment. This includes working under the guidance of skilled personnel such as candymakers or extruder operators. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-driven, fast-paced setting. You should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexibility is essential, as the position may require rotating shifts, overtime, and weekend availability.

Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently. 

  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures. 

  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Capable of safely operating machinery and equipment. 

  • Willingness and ability to learn and adhere to quality control procedures. 

  • Physically able to remain on feet and mobile for the duration of the assigned shift (shift lengths may vary). 

 

The roles are scheduled to commence in September/October and conclude in December, with an orientation date set for September. Seasonal employees are expected to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. 

 

Pay: 

Starting Hourly Rate: $20.85 

Shift Differential: $.50 per hour if shifts start at 12:01pm – 3:59am
