Job Description Summary:
In this role, you will support production operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks in a dynamic industrial environment. This includes working under the guidance of skilled personnel such as candymakers or extruder operators. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-driven, fast-paced setting. You should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexibility is essential, as the position may require rotating shifts, overtime, and weekend availability.Job Description:
MinimumQualifications:
Able tolift upto 50lbssafely and consistently.
Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of safely operating machinery and equipment.
Willingness and ability to learn and adhere to quality control procedures.
Physically able to remain on feet and mobile for the duration of the assigned shift (shift lengths may vary).
The roles are scheduled tocommenceinSeptember/October and conclude in December,with an orientation date set forSeptember.Seasonal employees are expected toworkafull-timeschedule of40 hoursper week.
Pay:
Starting Hourly Rate:$20.85
Shift Differential:$.50per hour if shifts start at 12:01pm – 3:59am
