The Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator is located in Olive Branch, MS.

This position is responsible for

scheduling new associates and making sure all paperwork is in order before the new hire start date. This Coordinator will be talking to candidates and new hires on a daily basis.

You'll be excited about this opportunity because....

• It's a vital communication point in our staffing process.
• Responsible for phone scheduling for our various orientation of newly hired employees.
• Ensure compliance with internal/external policies regarding pre-hire paperwork and scheduling.
• Work with Recruiters to meet specific department goals.
• Prepare the candidate for onboarding to the organization.
• Post positions to the ATS and job boards.

• High School Diploma
• At least 1-3 years in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition environment
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle high volume calls
• Great attention to data-entry detail
• Can handle confidential information in a professional manner
• Availability not limited to Mon-Fri; open weekend availability during WSI peak periods
• Ability to multitask assignments given by management

We prefer some of these qualities as well….

• English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese interpreting skills a plus
• Associates Degree in a related discipline
