Looking for a flexible, high-paying nursing opportunity? The UF Health Market Resource Pool (MRP) offers experienced RNs the chance to work a seasonal 6-week assignment while supporting patient care across the Central Florida.

Compensation

• Day Shift: $70/hour flat rate
• Night Shift: $75/hour flat rate
• Overtime paid in accordance with FLSA based on a 40-hour work week

Position Details

• 6-week seasonal contract assignment
• Commitment of three (3) 12-hour shifts per week
• Schedule determined in partnership with the unit director
• Float assignments based on competency and skill level to locations within:
• • UF Health Leesburg Hospital OR
  • UF Health The Villages Hospital (Spanish Plaines Campus)

Additional Information

• Shifts are not guaranteed; however, cancellations are unlikely.
• Former UF Health Central Florida employees must be separated from employment for at least 6 months to be eligible for the Market Resource Pool.

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the director/ charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Diploma/Associates Degree

 

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

- Florida Registered Nurse License

- BLS

- ACLS

 

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:

- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

- Must have a min. of 2 yrs of RN experience
