As a Seasonal Shuttle Driver, you'll be responsible for transporting guests to and from our private beach, local lakeside areas, and off-site adventure experiences in a safe, efficient, and welcoming manner.\n \nThis guest-facing role requires clear communication, a strong safety mindset, and a positive attitude. You'll often be the first or last impression of a guest's outing\u2014and a key part of their overall adventure.\n \nWe look forward to welcoming our next Seasonal Adventures Shuttle Driver to the team in May 2026.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n\n Safely transport guests to designated local destinations including the beach, town areas, and activity sites\n Operate hotel shuttles or vans in accordance with local laws, traffic regulations, and resort safety policies\n Assist guests with boarding, unloading, and managing recreation gear or personal belongings\n Provide helpful information about resort amenities, outdoor activities, and local attractions\n Maintain shuttle cleanliness, fuel levels, and report any vehicle maintenance needs\n Communicate effectively with the hotel team to coordinate pickup/drop-off timing\n Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm, approachable, and proactive attitude\n \nCompensation Note\n\n Drivers may keep all tips provided by guests; there is no tip pool for this role\n\n
