    Are you passionate about skiing and snowboarding? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Ski ‘N See is looking for a driven, people-first Seasonal Store Manager to lead our Salt Lake Valley location. As a locally owned and operated company serving the Utah snow sports community since 1987, we are all about creating memorable experiences on and off the mountain.
    In this leadership role, your primary priority is developing a confident, capable, and customer-focused seasonal team. You will provide hands-on coaching and daily mentorship to ensure staff hit performance goals while staying energized through the peak winter season.
     
    What You’ll Do
    • Team Leadership: Train, coach, and support staff on service standards, gear rental operations, and sales techniques.
    • Performance & Scheduling: Motivate your team to achieve daily revenue goals; build and manage schedules to maintain optimal staffing within payroll budgets.
    • Store Operations: Oversee inventory, uphold merchandising standards, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure accurate signage and pricing.
    • Cross-Functional Support: Partner with fellow store managers, support online inventory fulfillment, and attend scheduled operational check-ins.
    What Success Looks Like
    • Meeting or exceeding average items per cart and weekly revenue goals.
    • Balancing payroll efficiency effectively during peak seasonal rushes.
    • Maintaining high store standards consistently using data-driven, real-time adjustments.
    What We’re Looking For
    • 2+ years of retail, ski/snowboard, or related leadership experience.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
    • Flexibility to work peak seasonal hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
    Pay & Benefits
    • Pay Rate: $17 – $22/hour (DOE)
