BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides duty coverage for costume operations
- Aid in scheduling concerns that arise
- Ensure that costume operations runs as efficiently as possible.
- Work with management and team members to ensure that all costume needs are met.
- Assist in maintaining costume integrity; partner with Management and elevate accordingly
- Provide real-time feedback to team members through verbal and written coaching and recognition
- Collaborate efficiently with other park operating departments
- Ensure that any safety concerns, incidents, injuries or discipline issues are resolved and reported appropriately
- Willingness to learn all union contracts to ensure guidelines are adhered to
- Prepare documentation/materials and perform other clerical duties as needed; role requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient computer skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as a Lead, Supervisor, Trainer or equivalent experience
- Must be flexible with work schedule, including extended hours, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Superior leadership and motivational skills
- Demonstrate excellent decision-making abilities
- Ability to work successfully and safely in a fast paced and continually changing environment
- Familiarity with the park and entertainment operations
- Excellent organization and time management
- Remain patient and stay calm under pressure
- Must demonstrate excellent guest service, time management, composure, leading and motivating team members
- Approachable to TMs and guests
- Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
Eligibility
- Attendance - TM must have 8 or below attendance points AND no more than a Written Warning 2 in the last 6 months
- Variance - TM must have 7 or below variance points AND no more than a Final Written Warning in the last 6 months
- Behavioral - No more than a Final Written Warning level discipline in the last 6 months
- Probationary Status - TM must have passed or be within 75% Through probation during application/ selection and must have passed probation as of start date of role
- Leadership - No removal from lead role in the last 6 months
- Must be current USH Team Member
- Availability - Must have full open availability
