TYPICAL HIRING PROFILE
Skills Most Recruited For: Travel RNs, Local CNAs, and Sitters
Must Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum 6 months current NICU RRT experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
- Level III NICU experience
- Respiratory Therapist (RT) License/Cert
- PEDS experience
- NBRC Certification
Preferred / Nice to Have: Candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Critical Care experience
- PICU experience is preferred
- Prior Meditech experience
TYPICAL PROCEDURES PERFORMED
- Airway management
- Ventilator management
- ED support
BEST PERSONALITY FIT
- Patient care experience is a priority
- Strong communication with staff and providers
