Seasonal Warehouse Associate- Marlton NJ

This is a seasonal position starting in September. Exact start and end dates may vary slightly based on business needs, weather conditions, or staffing requirements.

We are looking for candidates who are available to work within our operating hours of Monday-Saturday between 8AM-7PM.

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll create the magic behind the scenes at our Corporate Warehouse in Marlton, NJ. We are looking for an organized, results-driven candidate who is dependable and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal position with fulltime hours available throughout the holiday season.

Our Warehouse Associate Will Also

• Receive and fulfill requests for holiday and souvenir locations in the field
• Assist with building shipments for outbound deployment using customer-specific allocations
• Perform according to company standards for safety, speed of service, and other departmental goals as assigned
• Assist in receiving shipments and inventory items upon arrival
• Delivery of inventory items to offsite locations; within 100 miles of Corporate Warehouse
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during "peak" retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in warehouse environment with temperature changes

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders
• Forklift certification preferred; opportunity to receive on-site training for all candidates without current certification
