We work hard, taking pride in the quality products and the superior customer service that has made us a leader in our field.Job SummaryThe Seasonal Warehouse Associate will assist in the completion of a thorough refurbishment of holiday decorations, maintain a steady production flow, ensure that product inventory is both accurate and organized, and complete orders in a timely matter, in order to meet the company and customer standards. Duties/ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trucks with inventoryExamine orders to verify accuracy in inventory and truck loadsAssist with moving inventory to the loading dockOrganize decorations in the proper warehouse locationsMaintain accurate records of inventoryMaintain the cleanliness and safety standards as outlined by the companyAssist with the installation during peak seasonPerform other various warehouse duties as assignedCommitment to safety and adherence to company policies and proceduresRequired Skills/AbilitiesStrong problem solving and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Ability to follow directions including all safety proceduresAbility to climb ladders and utilize the forklift with trainingAbility to work independently as well as with others in a teamPunctual and reliableAbility to work weekends and overtime as neededEducation and ExperienceValid driver's license with three years clean driving record requiredMinimum of one year warehouse experienceExperience picking or packing ordersExperience loading and unloading trucksForklift certified preferredBox truck experience preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds at timesProlonged periods of standingExposure to various temperatures both hot and cold
