Boundless is looking for a Seasonal Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our MN team. This temporary/seasonal role focuses primarily on supporting order fulfillment during a busy period, including picking, packing, labeling, shipping, kitting, and other warehouse support tasks. This position plays an important role in helping ensure client orders are prepared accurately and shipped on time.Order Fulfillment (Primary Focus)Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately according to order specificationsLabel, weigh, and document shipments to meet carrier requirementsVerify order accuracy against packing lists and shipping documentsReceiving & Inventory SupportReceive incoming shipments and verify quantity and qualityPut away inventory in designated locations accuratelyAssist with cycle counts and inventory auditsReport discrepancies and support resolution of inventory issuesSpecial Projects & KittingAssemble kits, bag/tag items, and support client-specific fulfillment programsFollow detailed instructions and maintain quality standardsWarehouse Operations & SafetyLoad and unload trucks as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow safety procedures and use PPE as requiredQualificationsPrevious warehouse, fulfillment, or order-picking experience preferredComfortable using inventory or shipping systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar ERP, ShipStation, ShipHawk, UPS, FedEx, or spreadsheets)Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsAbility to operate pallet jacks or similar equipment (or willingness to learn)Experience with kitting, client-specific fulfillment programs, or high-volume order environments is a plusDependable, team-oriented, and able to follow processes consistentlyWorking ConditionsTemporary/Seasonal PositionThis position involves standing, walking, and lifting for extended periodsWarehouse environment may be subject to varying temperaturesFull-time; hours may include early mornings and occasional weekends as business needs requireAt Boundless we welcome all applicants regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, race, religion, age, national origin, citizenship, pregnancy status, veteran status, or any other differences.#J-18808-Ljbffr
