Seasonal Grain Warehouse Operators

Schedule: Monday-Friday; weekends as needed
Duties and Responsibilities:
This individual will work at our elevator facility performing critical operational functions to keep the facility running smoothly. This includes loading and unloading trucks and railcars. Other daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean facility and grounds, monitor equipment to ensure it is in good working condition - repair when needed. If unable, be sure to notify a supervisor so other arrangements can be made to get repairs done in a timely fashion. Stay current on all safety and training protocols.

Requirements:

• Understanding of how to grade grain or willingness to learn quickly
• Knowledge or willingness to learn to operate the scale computer
• Ability to work as a team and independently
• Provide great customer services
• Maintenance of grain quality and condition
• Ability to communicate to management about needs and daily status of operations
• Must follow safety protocols at all times. Ask questions if you are unsure of a procedure.
