About UL Solutions' Wireless Testing Technician Seasonal Role
Join UL's industry-leading wireless testing labs for a hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment. You'll work alongside experts in Specific Absorption Rate (SAR), Radio Frequency (RF) testing, contributing to the evaluation of cutting-edge wireless devices.
UL Solutions labs are known for their innovative equipment design and rigorous quality standards. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in wireless technology testing while collaborating with a passionate team.
Seasonal Shifts & Schedules
SAR Testing (September- January)
- Automated robot-assisted testing of wireless devices.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6 days/week
- 1st Shift: 6am-6pm
- 2nd Shift: 6pm-6am
RF Testing (September- January)
Hands-on testing using state-of-the-art RF equipment across various technologies.
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 5 days/week
1st Shift: 4:30am-4:30pm
2nd Shift: 4:30pm-4:30am
Hours vary during training periods and throughout the internship.

- Must be able to work onsite in Fremont, CA (relocation not provided).
- Must have reliable transportation to and from Fremont office
What we offer:
- Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The hourly rate for this position is $21 plus overtime and pay differential for 2nd shift.
