Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM; Every 3rd Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Pay Rate: $1,100–$1,200/week base + weekly commission
Pay Type: Salary + Commission

Introduction

We are seeking a Seasoned Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy independent repair facility in Wilton, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advisor who excels at building customer relationships, selling maintenance and repair services, and managing repair orders from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver an exceptional service experience.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs.
• Prepare and present repair estimates while building customer value.
• Manage repair orders from write-up through vehicle delivery.
• Source and order parts while coordinating with vendors.
• Communicate repair progress with customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive service advisor experience.
• Aftermarket service writing experience required.
• Proven ability to sell maintenance and repair services.
• Experience sourcing parts and working with vendors.
• Comfortable using shop management software, computers, and tablets.
• Tire sales experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,100–$1,200 weekly base salary
• Weekly commission on labor hours sold (minimum 51% parts margin)
• $75,000–$110,000+ annual earning potential
