JOB DESCRIPTION

4.0    Process

•     Complete assembly of automotive seating unitsDevelop proficiency in all production job functions and rotate in job cell into various work stations
•     Control processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been correctedMaintain good housekeeping, safety, meet quality and efficiency standards
•     Restock work areas as needed to ensure proper work flowMonitor production material quantities and report shortages
•     Ability to lift and/or carry 35 lbs. repeatedlyComplete, assembly of quality seating units
•        Walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, pull, push to move product through build processUse of hand-held pneumatic tools
•        Operation of assembly fixturesHousekeeping in and around work areas
•        Problem solving of work place issuesQuality inspections of work in progress
•        Work as part of a team to ensure on-time quality product to our customers (internal and external)Incorporate safe working procedures into all daily activities in and around facility
•       Understand and follow written and verbal instructionsComply with company rules, policies, and practices
•       Understand Statistical Process Control and maintain charting as requiredAuthority and responsibility to stop the production line should a safety or quality issue appear
