Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 Base + 40% Target Bonus

(Total Compensation Approaching $200,000)

Our client, a Fortune-recognized publicly traded organization, is seeking a SEC Reporting & Financial Reporting Manager to join its corporate accounting leadership team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a CPA currently working as a Manager or Senior Manager within public accounting who is ready to transition into industry and step into a highly visible leadership position with direct exposure to executive leadership and the Audit Committee.

The successful candidate will inherit a well-established function and play a critical role in financial reporting, SEC compliance, consolidations, and strategic finance initiatives across a large and complex organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Lead the preparation and review of external financial reporting and SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
• 
  
• Manage the monthly and quarterly financial consolidation process
• 
  
• Partner with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
• 
  
• Support SOX compliance and internal control initiatives
• 
  
• Research and implement technical accounting guidance under U.S. GAAP
• 
  
• Prepare presentations and reporting materials for executive leadership and the Audit Committee
• 
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• CPA designation required
• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 
  
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 
  
• Current or recent Manager/Senior Manager experience in public accounting preferred
• 
  
• Experience supporting publicly traded clients strongly preferred
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP, consolidations, and SOX compliance
• 
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
•
