Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead the preparation and review of SEC reporting and filing activities
• 
  
• Manage stock-based compensation accounting, reporting, and reconciliations
• 
  
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and monthly reporting packages
• 
  
• Support technical accounting research and implementation
• 
  
• Manage lease accounting activities and related disclosures
• 
  
• Review account reconciliations and general ledger activity
• 
  
• Assist with process improvements, controls enhancement, and reporting efficiencies
• 
  
• Partner with external auditors, finance leadership, and cross-functional business teams
• 
  
• Analyze accounting transactions and provide recommendations on complex reporting matters
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 
  
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 
  
• SEC reporting experience required
• 
  
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• 
  
• CPA strongly preferred
• 
  
• Experience with Workiva, D365, or similar reporting systems is a plus
• 
  
• Proven problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
•
