About The Role

This role supports external SEC reporting and internal financial management reporting. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will collaborate with senior leadership to manage SEC filings, earnings materials, and monthly consolidations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation and filing of 10-K, 10-Q, earnings releases, and proxy statements.
  • Draft financial statement footnotes and ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor SEC rules and update reporting processes as needed.
  • Manage XBRL tagging and conduct peer benchmarking of disclosures.
  • Lead monthly financial consolidation process and maintain internal reporting packages.
  • Prepare variance analysis and bridge actual results to forecasts and budgets.
  • Support business review materials and management presentations.
  • Assist with month-end close, including share-based compensation and non-GAAP adjustments.
  • Perform technical accounting research under US GAAP and support accounting policies.
  • Help maintain and enhance internal controls and SOX compliance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

  • CPA required; 5–7 years of experience in public accounting or corporate reporting with direct SEC and consolidation responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX.
  • Experience with financial consolidation/reporting tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in translating financial data for management.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and continuous improvement mindset.
