Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in innovative engineering solutions, is seeking a Second Shift Assemblers to join their team. As a Second Shift Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Second Shift Assemblers

Location: Irwin, PA

Pay Range: $27/hr

Shift: 3pm to 12am Monday to Thursday and 4-hour day on Friday

What's the Job?

  • Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to detailed work instructions and blueprints
  • Operate and troubleshoot various manual and machine tools to ensure quality standards
  • Conduct inspections of assembled parts using precision measurement tools
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and continuous improvement initiatives

What's Needed?

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficiency in shop math and understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
