Seeking an experienced second shift supervisor / machinist with 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
Manage a team of 3 to 5 employees, set up and operate various machine tools to produce precision parts, and read blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of machinist experience.
Must have strong knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, and materials.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform other duties to ensure operational efficiency.
