LINK Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing operation in Houston. This is a hands-on second-shift maintenance role for someone who can keep production equipment running, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical problems.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical equipment problems

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests

• Repair or replace worn and damaged components

• Inspect machinery for problems that could lead to downtime

• Document completed repairs and communicate outstanding maintenance issues during shift handoffs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

• General mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment

• Basic electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, or fabrication experience is a plus

• Ability to follow lockout/tagout and required safety procedures

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and lift tools, parts, and materials as required
