Lifeline24 Pharmacy is looking for an experienced, motivated pharmacist to join our team as a Second Shift Pharmacist / Pharmacy Supervisor.

💰 $60–$70 PER HOUR — BASED ON EXPERIENCE

📅 MONDAY–FRIDAY | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

🚫 NO WEEKENDS | HOLIDAYS OFF

About the Position

The Second Shift Pharmacist / Pharmacy Supervisor will oversee pharmacy operations during the second shift, ensuring medications are accurately and safely prepared, pharmacy staff are supported, and our patients and facilities receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and pharmacy staff during second shift
• Verify prescriptions and ensure medications are prepared accurately and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal and state pharmacy regulations
• Provide clinical oversight and pharmacist consultation when needed
• Manage workflow and address operational issues during the shift
• Ensure pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed
• Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff, facilities, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Train, mentor, and develop pharmacy team members
• Monitor medication safety, accuracy, and quality
• Assist management with improving pharmacy operations and efficiency
• Serve as the pharmacist-in-charge of the shift and a resource for the pharmacy team

Qualifications

• Current, active pharmacist license in the applicable state(s)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Previous pharmacy leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Long-term care, institutional, or closed-door pharmacy experience is a plus
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to take ownership of the shift
