Second Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a Second Shift Supervisor to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's night shift operations. This is a working supervisor position. Located at 1930 Kumry Road Quakertown, PA 18951​​​​​​.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve operational practices
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Provide nightly operations oversight
• Follows Standard Operating Procedures and adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices; offers operating process improvement suggestions to upper management; assists with the crafting of operating procedures
• Follows Good Documentation Practices; records all pertinent operations in batch records, logbooks and controlled documents
• Provides daily production status reports to upper management
• Trains and mentors less-experienced personnel; leads by example
• Provides operations personnel recommendations for advancement / promotion

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing
• Has legible handwriting
• Has basic math skills and can use a calculator
• Able to read, understand, interpret, and apply operating procedures
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities
