As a Warehouse Picker, you'll be essential in selecting beverage orders efficiently using scanners and pallet jacks. Working closely with your team and supervisor, you'll help ensure timely deliveries of beer, soda, and wine. Your work will contribute directly to customer satisfaction, all while enjoying a collaborative and supportive environment.
What Youll Do
As a Warehouse Picker, you will be responsible for:
- Picking beverage orders accurately using scanners and pallet jacks
- Following specific routes and labeled products to ensure correct order fulfillment
- Meeting productivity goals of approximately 150 cases per hour (about 2 cases per minute)
- Handling products like beer, soda, and wine safely and efficiently
- Repetitive lifting of 45+ lbs regularly
- Walking and standing throughout your shift, moving around the warehouse
- Assisting with warehouse organization and cleanliness as needed
What Youll Bring

- Ability to lift 45+ lbs repeatedly and safely

- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation to stay productive
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience (preferred but not required)
- Pallet jack or walk-behind pallet jack experience (preferred)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
