| Job Summary: | As a Secondary Aide at Midland Christian School, you will play a vital role in providing support to teachers and students in our Middle school and High school divisions. This position involves assisting teachers in delivering educational instruction, managing classroom activities, and fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment consistent with our Christian values.Working behind the scenes in the workroom, you help ensure that teachers have the resources they need to deliver effective instruction and that the school operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, you will serve as a substitute teacher when needed, ensuring continuity of instruction and maintaining a positive and enriching atmosphere for our students |

| Education: | High School Diploma or GED |
