QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters degree in educational administration or related field
• Washington State Principal Certificate
• Skill in participatory and collaborative planning and decision making
• Expertise with instructional supervision and evaluation of curriculum and program development
• Strong interpersonal relations skills
• Knowledge of Associated Student Body rules and regulations
• Successful teaching experience, preferably at the high school level
• Such alternatives to the above that the Superintendent may find acceptable
