Responsible for performing assigned secondary operations
- Set up, adjust, and operate equipment used to complete the secondary operations
- Load and unload machines using a crane when required
- Follow recipe to prepare mixture for the secondary operation (i.e., mix Everlube and ethanal)
- Utilize precision instrumentation and gages to measure, examine or test product to conform to quality requirements
- Inspect product for compliance with product specifications.
- Check work pieces to ensure that they are properly lubricated or cooled
- Complete appropriate documentation to track production and quality outputs
- Maintain tools in proper operational condition
- Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings, or engineering information to determine methods or sequences of operations needed to finish products.
- Move completed parts to next manufacturing routes per standard work processes
- Contribute to HPT and participate in team-meetings.
- Wear proper PPE and follow all set safety guidelines
- All other duties as assigned by Supervisor or lead designee
- High School Diploma or equivalent
