JOB SUMMARY:
Hamilton Community Schools invites dedicated Speech and Language Pathologists to apply for the open position of Hamilton Secondary School Speech and Language Pathologist that's available starting in the 2026-27 school year. The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides diagnostic, direct, and consultative services to students with communication disorders that impact their educational performance. Reporting to the Director of Student Services and Building Principal, the SLP evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans to support student growth in speech, language, voice, fluency, and social communication. This position plays a vital role in assisting students to access the curriculum and participate successfully in the school environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
Essential functions are the core responsibilities required to perform this role. These duties ensure students receive appropriate support for their communication needs. The Speech-Language Pathologist is also responsible for other duties as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the district.
