PGS Worldwide is seeking a Secret-Cleared Program Scheduler in Palmdale, CA for a contract role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.

The Secret-Cleared Program Scheduler will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules to support program objectives. This onsite role requires Microsoft Project, Earned Value Management, schedule risk analysis, and the ability to coordinate schedules across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Required Skills

  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Ability to track plans and schedules.
  • Ability to perform risk analysis and identify critical path or network logic issues.
  • Ability to support horizontal and vertical schedule integration across functional teams.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Aerospace and defense experience.
  • Deltek Cobra experience.
  • Deltek Acumen Risk experience.
  • Expert-level Microsoft Project skills.
  • Excel Macro/VBA experience.
  • Experience with Resource Loaded Schedules.
  • Schedule Risk Assessment experience.
  • Familiarity with DCMA health metrics.
  • Active Top Secret clearance or SCI access.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare, develop, and coordinate Integrated Master Plans and Integrated Master Schedules.
  • Ensure program schedules are integrated across functional groups.
  • Track schedule progress and identify performance variances.
  • Perform schedule risk analysis.
  • Resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
  • Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, EVM, and other scheduling techniques to monitor program performance.
  • Support reporting and intervention on critical program areas.

Work Schedule / Shift

  • Full-time onsite role.
  • 5x8 schedule, Monday–Friday.
  • 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
  • Telework is not available.

Pay

  • $85.28/hour
