What You’ll Do
As a Secret Shopper, you will be responsible for:
• Driving to assigned inspection locations using your own vehicle, following the provided routes and schedules.
• Presenting your Visit List and a valid ID at each site to verify compliance.
• Checking in before each shift via our secure online platform or phone system.
• Accurately documenting visit details and submitting reports promptly.
• Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a service-oriented attitude throughout all interactions.
