We pride ourselves on providing compassionate, expert care in speech therapy and audiology services. This front office role serves as the central hub of the department. Responsibilities include managing the reception area, handling insurance billing and claims, processing payments, and maintaining supply inventory. The role requires strong customer service and the ability to answer general technical questions for patients. We are looking for a welcoming, organized, and highly capable Front Office Coordinator to be the face of our department. You will manage daily clinic operations, ensure a smooth patient experience, and bridge the gap between our clinical team, patients, and insurance providers. Qualifications Skills Previous experience in a medical/clinical front office or reception role. Solid working knowledge of health insurance verification and billing practices. Basic technical aptitude or willingness to learn about hearing aid devices and accessories. Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and interpersonal skills. High proficiency in using computer scheduling and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Excellent speaking skills are required, including clear speech and a helpful volume for patients who are hard of hearing.
