Salary and terms of Employment:

  • Anticipated Start Date: TBD
  • 12-Month Position
  • Daily Schedule: 8:30 -4:00 P.M. (includes a 30-minute duty free unpaid lunch)
  • Range - $24.82-27.84 per hour (less .25 per hours during probationary period)

Job Description:

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to Central Office. This position ensures efficient office operations, effective communication, accurate documentation, and organizational alignment with district goals and initiatives. The role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive information and supporting district leadership functions. This position is evaluated by the Assistant Superintendent of Schools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in office administration, business management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative or secretarial experience, preferably in a school setting.
  • Experience with purchasing procedures preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, PowerSchool, and School Messenger or similar systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
