Secretary-Patient Care

Job Details

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support
  • Collects requested data and information from various sources including email and other correspondence, meeting minutes and records, and other documents.
  • Coordinates meetings and conference room bookings
  • Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events; takes and distributes minutes or other notes as requested.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions in a timely manner.
  • Welcomes incoming interview appointments
  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Performs other general clerical and secretarial duties as requested.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Detail-oriented and professional.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of office equipment.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as filing.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • High school diploma

Salary Range

USD $25.00 - USD $32.00 /Hr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
