You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures relevant to your area, while ensuring adherence to organizational policies. Your leadership will guide the staff, and you will collaborate closely with fellow supervisors to synchronize laboratory functions. Additionally, you will prepare and manage the budget for your assigned cost center, schedule staff, and assign workstations as needed. When required, you will also perform duties as a technologist. It is essential to meet all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards for your areas of responsibility.
