Seeking a super-heroic, ultra-vigilant, calm, cool and collected Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for the safety and security of the hotel's guests, staff and personal property-and for mentoring your team to operate with excellence. This role is for you, if you... You're a naturally confident, instinctively thoughtful leader, with eyes in the back of your head and deep, expert knowledge of safety and security. You value, respect and understand people on a deep and substantive level; you make smart, thoughtful decisions to keep them safe and secure, creating positive impact across all that you touch. You're positive, full of energy, a whip-smart multi-tasker, and inspire the people around you to go above and beyond. About you... Passionate about safety and security with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience. A post-secondary diploma, degree or industry-related certifications would be a plus. Experience in safety and security operations, a team player, detail oriented. Ability to remain calm under pressure Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Salary Range: $75k-$80k
