You will help meet compliance with DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) requirements throughout the project lifecycle. You'll lead process improvements to streamline workflows, create and implement SOPs that raise compliance and operational velocity, and modernize technological solutions, including SharePoint or Power Platform trackers, automated intake, and dashboards, that scale and manage high workloads with transparency and control. On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the company's most critical missions.

At Booz Allen, we recognize that we must continuously grow as a team to bring the best support to our clients, so here you'll have all the resources to succeed. This is a chance to influence a meaningful mission while learning how to develop and maintain program strategy.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with project management, including leading multi‑stakeholder initiatives and supporting delivery across planning, execution, and closeout
