• 2–8 years of securities, capital markets, corporate, or finance experience
• Experience with public and private securities offerings, debt offerings, equity offerings, and other capital markets transactions
• Experience advising public companies on SEC reporting, disclosure obligations, securities law compliance, and corporate governance matters
• Experience representing issuers, underwriters, investment banks, financial institutions, or public companies preferred
• Experience drafting and reviewing registration statements, offering documents, underwriting agreements, purchase agreements, and related transaction documents
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage transactions and work directly with clients
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Florida bar admission preferred or ability to become admitted
