About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Product Management Analyst to join our Origination & Execution team in Corporate & Investment Banking as part of Markets. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of retail structured note offerings for U.S. clients
  • Coordinate and present underwriting requests to internal committees for structured note approvals
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities related to RAU checklists and procedures
  • Source and recommend additional issuers for WFS structured and non-structured fast-track programs
  • Partner with Sales to develop offering ideas aligned with client objectives and program capabilities
  • Develop and report ongoing underwriting metrics, including benchmarking against peer institutions
  • Design, build, and maintain document automation templates supporting Wells Fargo retail distribution

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Securities Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Demonstrated experience with issuer SEC programs and equity-linked offering documentation
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEC-registered offerings
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to execute existing and evolving RAU controls
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to translate complex business and operational concepts into clear, actionable insights

Job Expectations:

  • On-site presence required
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
  • Registration for FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
  • Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
  • Registration for FINRA Series 63 (or 66) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
  • Registration for FINRA Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$104,000.00 - $168,000.00
