You will play a critical part in supporting both transaction execution and new business origination efforts, working across a range of structured finance. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed financial assessment and building robust models to support deal structuring and strategy-making. You will also be involved in preparing high-quality materials for clients and internal stakeholders. You will do this by contributing to both live transactions and strategic marketing efforts, you will help drive client engagement and support the broader growth goals of the team.To be successful as a Securitized Products Origination RMBS AVP, you should have:Solid understanding of various financial instruments, securitized products, and the broader financial marketProficiency with Bloomberg, CAS, and SEI systemsExperience in financial assessment and modellingSIE, Series 63, and Series 79 licensesWillingness to travel up to 5% for collaborationSome other highly valued skills may include:Considerable communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholdersExperience working in a fast-paced environmentCreative problem-solving abilities to address multi-layered issues and drive solutionsTeam-oriented with a collaborative approach to mentoring projects and deadlinesYou may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.This role is located in our New York, New York office.This role is FINRA regulated.Minimum Salary: $125,000Maximum Salary: $175,000The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate.
