• High school level of knowledge. • Behavior Management training required within 6 months of hire. • One year experience in either law enforcement, emergency medical services, or equivalent position utilizing Behavior Management preferred. • Good organizational, prioritization and communication skills. • Must be self motivated. • Ability to intervene in potentially violent situations. • Must demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and interact in a method that is appropriate for the age group to which the service is provided. • BLS certification required or obtained within 3 months.
