Join our team as an Assistant Manager of Security & Emergency Services (SES) in a beautiful, gated senior living community where your work truly makes a difference every day. In this dynamic leadership role, you'll help drive a comprehensive safety program that protects and supports our residents, staff, and visitors. From overseeing security operations to leading emergency response and preparedness efforts-you'll be at the center of it all. You will help lead security operations across the community, emergency medical response programs, life safety and risk prevention initiatives, emergency preparedness planning and drills, community outreach and safety education.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $73k per year
