Salary Range: $70K - $80K
OTE: $160K-$180K
No Commission Cap
The Commercial Security & Fire Panel Technology Sales Rep will be responsible for driving sales of commercial security systems and fire alarm systems. This role requires a strong understanding of security technologies, fire safety compliance, and integration solutions. The representative will work closely with clients to identify their needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Acting as a trusted advisor, the representative will provide strategic guidance to enhance safety and security for commercial properties. Heavy prospecting and overnight travel may be required.
Successful representatives can advance to Senior Sales Consultant roles after consistently meeting quotas for at least one year and demonstrating the ability to manage larger, more complex projects.
