Description
Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for our client in Santa Fe, NM.
On-Site Santa Fe, NM. Responds to help desk tickets and works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
- Work Location: First week on site to get acclimated to team. After that, consultant should plan 3 days per month onsite. Remainer of time is remote. Onsite cadence will be scheduled with the manager after start.
- Candidate location: No South Carolina residency required. Open to nationwide candidates; must be able to work eastern time zone hours.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform system administration, automation, and development tasks for the Cloud Management Platform (CMP).
- Work with DTO and customer personnel to facilitate migrations to the DTO cloud infrastructure.
- Maintain continuity of shared services offered across AWS and Azure.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, DevOps, or Architecture experience.
- 8+ years of Technical Architecture experience.
- 5-7 years of AWS (IAM, Organizations, Networking, Cost Management, etc.).
- 3-5 years of Azure (RBAC, Azure AD, Networking, Cost Management, etc.).
- 3-7 years of Enterprise Cloud Architecture or Cloud Governance.
- 3-5 years of Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
- 3-5 years of Cloud Migrations and Platform Operations.
- 3+ years of Technical Leadership and Knowledge Transfer.
- Strong expertise in Public Cloud Infrastructure.
Skills
