We are hiring a Security Architect to join our team.
The Security Architect will design, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide security solutions. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, ensure alignment with business objectives, and protect the organization's digital assets against evolving threats. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Essential Duties
- Assist in the design and implementation of enterprise security architecture, including network, application, cloud, and data security solutions.
- Develop and maintain security standards, policies, and guidelines aligned with regulatory and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Information & Digital Technology team and business teams to integrate security into system design, development, and operations.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability analyses to identify gaps and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend security technologies, tools, and frameworks to strengthen enterprise security posture.
- Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, and translate these into actionable architecture improvements.
- Participate in incident response planning and provide architectural guidance during security incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in senior security roles.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with network, cloud, application, and endpoint security solutions.
- Experience designing secure architectures for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Knowledge of identity and access management, encryption, security monitoring, and incident response.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
