Position Overview

We are seeking a Security Architecture Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for enterprise security architecture and engineering initiatives. The role emphasizes Cribl pipelines, security data modeling, system integrations, and security operations.

Required Skills

• Hands-on Cribl data modeling and log pipeline implementation.

• Strong enterprise security architecture and engineering experience.

• Experience supporting SIEM, XDR, DLP, vulnerability management, and endpoint security.

• Strong Python and Bash scripting capabilities.

• Experience with Linux and Windows security configuration.

• Knowledge of networking, security protocols, and defensive security practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Cribl ingestion pipelines and security data models.

• Configure data routing, parsing, filtering, and enrichment.

• Integrate enterprise logs with SIEM and other security platforms.

• Support security sensor and endpoint deployments.

• Develop automation for security processes and integrations.

• Monitor security systems and troubleshoot data or platform issues.

• Assist with threat detection and incident response activities.

• Implement security controls and support mitigation strategies.

• Evaluate technical solutions and recommend security improvements.

• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Cribl pipeline development.

• SIEM administration and security analytics experience.

• Linux-based security sensor deployment experience.

• Familiarity with NIST CSF, CJIS, IRS 1075, and CMS MARS-E.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 8 years of relevant work experience.

• 5 years supporting large IT environments and/or system deployments.

Preferred Certifications

• CISSP

• Security+
